Best removalists we've ever worked with and I would recommend them to anyone! We had the pleasure of working with Johnny and Lewis today. They were both incredibly efficient but also very mindful and careful of our belongings at the same time. Everything arrived perfectly with no damages, and with so much less time than what we were quoted. They also arrived very timely (early, even) with the ETA they provided. Movers Choice & Co also checked in with us over the week to make sure everything was set and ready to go for moving day. Everyone we've worked with from this company were very approachable and friendly.

The entire team is professional, communicative, and truly proactive. From the start, we had helpful check-ins and follow-ups from Damien. Shoutout to Johnny & Lewis for a great experience on our moving day. They were friendly, efficient, and respectful. It was a rainy day and we noticed they scrubbed their shoes dry/clean on the mats before walking in, and never once did they bump any furniture into walls despite tricky corners. I've worked with several movers before, and this is the only team that checked every single box from end-to-end. Great business, and evidently a great team culture too. Will absolutely work with them again for any future moves.

Mover’s Choice were amazing. Oliver and Harry made everything simple and easy, even when a couple of spanners got thrown into the works. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient, and did everything they could to help me get my move completed. Communication with Movers Choice was a breeze, having everything managed via text and knowing that everything is logged and tracked was a load off my mind. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Choosing to move with Movers Choice & Co was the honestly the best part about our otherwise stressful move. The communication prior to the move couldn’t have been easier - Damien and the team were extremely responsive and helpful. On the day of the move my husband and I were both so impressed by the two gentlemen - Oliver and I’m sorry we couldn’t catch the other gentleman’s name - they were both extremely professional, friendly and efficient. It was a scorching hot day on my moving day, but Tom and Johnny were good-natured throughout the day, making sure I was completely happy with everything before they left. It was a very long day and they were fantastic. Very friendly and polite and hard working. I received excellent communication in the lead-up to my move to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Movers Choice (David and Damien) checked in several times before moving day to confirm details and check whether I had the right truck size and number of movers. They changed the original booking so that I could get all my gear moved but pay less money. Moving day went well. Tom and Johnny text to let me know they were coming, arrived on time and then worked together to get the trucks packed like Tetris geniuses. They were calm and professional the entire time and I’d recommend Movers Choice.

I would like to thank Johnny & Harry for helping us to move into our new house over the weekend. You were both very professional and were very careful with our belongings. It was a tough job moving furniture up multiple levels of stairs in 35 degree heat with no air con but you just got on with it. You even helped us assemble our sofas/bed and re-connect our washing machine which was greatly appreciated. The communication from the Movers Choice team in the lead up to our move was also fantastic. We will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends in the future :)

Best moving experience we have had in Melbourne! We used both the Eco-Stax boxes and the moving service. The team had brilliant communication, were prompt on the day, worked super fast and diligently and were friendly and flexible. Would 100% book again and recommend to anyone.

As so many of us do, my partner and I were dreading our upcoming move after previous horrible experiences with cheap and nasty movers. We got a lot of quotes from various premium, full-service moving companies and in the end decided to go with Movers Choice & Co because of their excellent reviews and very competitive pricing. What a fantastic decision that ended up being! Tom, Jayden, and Lucas were a dream to work with. They were communicative, punctual, and got straight to work packing up our place. But above all, they all had fantastic attitudes in the face of what could've been a disaster of a day. Torrential rain? No problem. Access to the new place unexpectedly blocked off by emergency power works? Spoke with the work crew and negotiated an hour to unload the truck. In the end, given the challenges we faced, we couldn't get the move done on Friday, but credit to Movers Choice & Co, they immediately booked in a crew to come finish things off on Sunday and generously offered to hold their weekday rates for the Sunday move. Sunday rolled around and Tom was back, this time with Oliver, and everything ran like clockwork with the second part of our move done by lunchtime. (Which included carrying some very heavy furniture and pot plants up three flights of stairs!). My partner and I are both very grateful to Movers Choice & Co for making what could have been a terrible moving experience as smooth as possible. We will absolutely be going back to them for our next move, and couldn't recommend them highly enough!
